The monthly rent is £870, and the Deposit is £1000, which can be reduced; details are below.

NOTE: Reducing your deposit amount is meant to be temporary while allowing you to save up your deposit. The idea is to allow you to get the room without needing the whole deposit. In essence, for each £100 reduction in deposit, it is a £10 increase in rent.

The Council Tax band is C and the cost is included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not included and currently cost approximately £40 per month. We also have a cleaner cleaning common areas twice a month to further create comfort, which would be £25 each. General household cleaning and consumables come to £15 each per month.
