Large En-Suite Double Room with Balcony Access

I’m renting out a large en-suite double bedroom in a top-floor flat (9th floor) just a short walk from Bethnal Green and Mile End stations, about 5-10 mins walk. The flat is just off Roman Road so there are loads of shops, cafes and local spots nearby.

The room is really spacious and bright, with access to the balcony that runs across the whole flat. Being on the top floor it’s pretty quiet and gets great light.

You’d be living with two easy-going professionals, one head chef and one restaurant owner. Everyone works quite a bit so the flat has a chilled, respectful vibe. Not a party flat.

Looking for a tidy, respectful professional to take the room. I’m a live-out landlord and ideally looking for someone for 3-6 months, with the possibility to extend if it works out for everyone.
