Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a gorgeous flat in Bethnal Green/Cambridge Heath, with lush views of Victoria Park and Regent’s canal (both <2 min walk away). I’ve LOVED living here for almost a year but leaving as I’m moving in with my partner.

The area
• Multiple friends call this an "oasis" in London as it's so green and right next to Victoria Park and Regent's Canal — but the buzz of the city is only a short distance away.
• Next to the Sunday Victoria Park Farmers Market — amazing international food stalls, organic veg growers, cheesemongers, etc
• 13 min walk to Bethnal Green (Central Line) and 10 min walk to Cambridge Heath (Weaver line).
• Right next to a Santander Cycles dock = 15 min cycle to Old st, 25 min cycle to Kings X
• Walking distance to Victoria Park, Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, London Fields, multiple cafés, pubs and shops (sainsburys, tesco, and many local grocers)

Your flatmate
You’ll be living with my friend Mobo, who is Nigerian and Irish. He works in tech and runs a creative start up. He’s very involved in the London arts scene (film, music, poetry, literature). I’ve loved living with him — he has amazing positive energy, is a great cook, is very super duper clean, and is so friendly and warm. He works from home 4 days a week (and so do I) and we've never had a problem sharing space.
