Double Room ensuite in Bethnal Green

Hi! I recently bought my flat in Bethnal Green. It is a 2 bed, 2 bath property with a big open plan living area. It is located 4 minutes walk from Bethnal Green underground and overground. There is a Boris bike stand 1 minute away, a large Sainsbury’s 10 minutes walk and 15 minute walk into Shoreditch. There’s a PureGym 30 seconds from the flat. I’ve had a friend live with me for the past 6 weeks and it’s been great so looking for a similar vibe. I’m looking for a professional who’s in the office a minimum of 3 days (hybrid worker). No smokers (sorry!). I wouldn’t describe this as a party flat. It’s mostly gym and running with some spontaneous drinks and friends / dinner parties. I’m not looking to rent out my room to a complete stranger - as it’s my flat I’m looking for a potential friend - I enjoy cooking for people and spontaneous drinks, eating out etc. Looking for someone who has their own friends, interests and into sports but who is up for exploring the local area (someone who equally loves Bethnal Green / East London).
