Roommate wanted for modern 2 bed

My lovely roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone to move into her room for a 1 year lease.
It's a double room with a built in wardrobe (more photos available on request), there is also a bed frame (no mattress) available if needed.
I have an en-suite so the main bathroom is solely for your use which is a major plus!
The flat has ample storage, is on the top floor, and a canal facing balcony with great views.
Our landlord has been happy with a 9 month break clause should that be needed.
A little bit about me - l am a social and tidy professional 28 year old, working mon-fri in Marylebone. I enjoy cooking, travelling, music events and trying out new restaurants. I am respectful of others privacy and space, and definitely over my party in the flats days, however do like to be on friendly terms with housemates for the odd glass of wine or chit chat
