My flatmate is moving out of London, so I’m looking for someone to join my home in Bethnal Green from now!

About me:

You’d be living with me, Rob – I’m a young professional working in sales.

I’ve been in London a few years and really enjoy the mix of work, fitness, and social life you get from living here. Also into the gym, running, and Hybrid-style training, so I’m fairly active during the week.

Outside of that, I enjoy going out for food, drinks and a boogie (always keen to find a new spot). As well as exploring London but also appreciate a chilled evening at home.
I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
Ideally someone who’s up for the occasional catch-up, dinner, or drink.

Room:

The room available is the one shown in the photos – a bright double with a large window that brings in plenty of natural light.
Comes with key furniture (bed, wardrobe etc. happy to confirm specifics).
The flat itself is modern, with a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area great natural light and a really good social space.
There is also [balcony/terrace if applicable] with great views across the area.
Overall, the flat is well kept and in a great condition.

- Bills are about c.100 or so a month
- Council Tax Band D

Area:

Located in Bethnal Green, with loads of supermarkets, cafes, and pubs nearby.
Walking distance to Shoreditch, Hoxton, and Victoria Park, so plenty going on.
Really well connected – Central Line, Overground, and buses all close by.
Great balance between busy London life and green space.
