Bethnal Green Sublet Two Months July-September

Hey, on the search for the right person to join a lovely flat in Bethnal Green, just off of Roman Road, 10 minute walk from Victoria Park, 5 minute walk from Bethnal Green Central Line. We have one room for sublet from the 10th July - Early September, with the possibility of a long term extension.

I'll be moving out for two months to spend time with my partner in Denmark. The flat is a beautiful four bed over three levels. With a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, large roof terrace, and living room. The room available is the smaller of rooms but still a good size with double bed drawers and hanging space. I will be using the underfed to store belongings while out of country but all else will be free for use. It also boasts a large East facing window which is lovely in the sun. The room is by Roman Road so can be a little loud at times with traffic but generally sound in the evening. Nothing to be concerned by.

You'll be living with Manuel, 26, a sud frenchman living and working in Energy here in London, a lovely social guy who is up for good conversation, laughs, dinner and drinks. Kyle, 27, Aussie working in advertising, another lovely boy who is very happy to chat and also takes space to do his own thing. And lastly Gianluca, Italian, partner of Kyle, a beautiful guy working in fashion and very passionate when making dinner with Kyle, always brings joy and laughter. The flat is social and gorgeous but also everyone does their own thing, we have sweet neighbours and great little cafes bookshops pubs all around us. It's truly the dream spot, but I miss my girlfriend a bit too much to not spend this summer together.

We're looking for someone 25 to 28, same age range as us, friendly of everyones interests and orientations, we don't ask much of you, professional working in London, keeps themselves and apartment clean, takes care in general of their surroundings, social and calm, we don't have too many parties at the flat we prefer pub and to come home, to a home.

Bills all in (council tax also) come to £100 a month.
