Beautiful Room in Bethnal Green with Terrace

Hey, on the search for the right person to join a lovely flat in Bethnal Green, just off of Roman Road, 10 minute walk from Victoria Park, 5 minute walk from Bethnal Green Central Line. We have one room for lease take over from the 14th October as I move back to Scotland from London.


The flat is a beautiful four bed over three levels. With a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, large roof terrace, and living room. The room available is one of the two smaller rooms, but still a good size with double bed and drawers (not included in price as purchased to furnish the room, happy to sell to be included). It also boasts a large East facing window which is lovely in the sun, and receives the best light and privacy of the bedrooms. The room is by Roman Road so can be a little loud at times during the day with traffic but generally quiet in the evening.

You'll be living with Lexa, 27, working in music production, from canada, easy going and social. Sophie, 30, working in fashion, enjoys nature films running hiking and is easy with socialising and respecting boundaries. And lastly Konsuke, 29, from Japan, a recent masters graduate in painting, lovely guy and very chill, just moved to London from Quebec

The flat is social and really lovely for the price, everyone does their own thing too, we have sweet neighbours and great little cafes bookshops pubs all around us. It's truly the dream spot, i’m sad to be leaving, but hope to be moving to Paris soon.

We're looking for someone 26 to 30, same age range as us, friendly of everyones interests and orientations, we don't ask much of you, professional working in London, keeps themselves and apartment clean, takes care in general of their surroundings, social and calm, we don't have too many parties at the flat we prefer pub and to come home, to a home!

Bills all in (council tax also) come to £100 a month. A deposit of £1125 is required when taking on the lease, this is held by landlord until your lease ends. Our landlord has asked for references, a UK guarantor or a salary of £35000 with recent payslips, for the candidate.
