E2: Furnished Double with a sunny view

I'm moving back to Sweden so I'm looking for someone to take over my room in this two-bedroom flat in Bethnal Green. One of the few places in London where you're close to the city, have a view worth looking at, and you're in the cool ends.

The room: Fully furnished double with plenty of storage with amazing views of the city skyline.

The flat: Located on the 8th floor, it is a quiet place with tons of sunlight. Two balconies facing east and west, a separate kitchen with real counter space, a big shared living room and bathroom. The views are something else.

Location: 4min walk to Bethnal Green (Central Line) or Cambridge Heath (Overground). Victoria Park, Broadway Market, Shoreditch, Hackney Central, and Liverpool Street are all within a 15-minute walk. Or 5min bike ride!

Your flatmate: Jaime 34yo Spanish male who left the corporate life of design and development, to work with coffee full time. So, he comes with a nice coffee station. Very social, big time into all things cooking (he thinks he's The Bear lol), coffee and chilling. Nerdy hipster type who will be found at the pilates studio, dinner with friends, or dancing salsa (that's how we got to know each other). He works Tuesday-Saturday, mostly out of home, so if you WFH you will have the place for yourself.

Vibes: It's an easy-going and communicative household where we hang out and might watch a movie on the projector if we have no other plans. We keep the place clean, respect the other, and water each others' plants. We often invite the other when we're having friends over. We prefer to not have parties in the flat, but a few day-parties never hurt nobody.

The numbers: £1,075/month. Bills are shared — they've averaged around £160/person. Concil Tax Band: B.
