Hi! We’re looking for someone to take over a bright and spacious double room in our flat in Bethnal Green 😊

The flat is in a really good location with great transport links:

- around 6 min walk to Bethnal Green station
- 7 min to Stepney Green
- 15 min walk to Whitechapel / Elizabeth line

The flat has 3 bedrooms, a shared living room and kitchen, and the room comes fully furnished. It’s a quiet and friendly flat overall and the house is usually pretty calm during the week. You’d be sharing with two Spanish girls who both study and work.

💷 Rent is £950 pcm bills included.

📅 Available from end of June / early July (flexible).

Important: this would be an official tenancy replacement through the agency, so the new tenant would need to pass referencing (employment/income/right to rent checks).
