Room to Rent from the 19Th June to 15Th August

Hi!

I am leaving for a few weeks for work during the summer, I am looking for someone to take my room while I'm away.

The flat is a small very suitable and clean flat.5 min walk from Brick Lane, and in a very cute neighbourhood, very well connected to bus, tube, overground and even national rails. The flat has a kitchen and a bathroom that we clean once a week. The nearest supermarket is a 100 ft away, and we are very close to bars, cinemas, very cute restaurants, the best vintage shops in town and so on.

My flatmate is a photographer, he is very quiet and hard working (we are currently looking for a third flatmates for a longer period but its another ad) I am looking for someone who is willing to be living as a flatmate, not as a guest. I expect them to do the cleaning parts, and to respect my flatmate's work who's doing a big exhibition at this period.

Price is to be discussed depending on how long you want to stay. £200 per week. (bills not included but around £120 per total)
