Double room for rent - couples welcome

Lovely double room in a two bed flat with myself.
This flat is a 5 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station. There’s a large living room, and a lovely big (private) garden too! Kitchen and bathroom are shared, with the added bonus of a bath. I’m in the smaller of the two double rooms, the larger one is available. This room has a double bed, a large wardrobe and space for a desk. The window overlooks the garden.

£1100 for single person and £1300 for a couple. Bills come to roughly £300/month in total, so £150 each or split three-ways if in a couple).

My name’s Olive, I’m 25 years old. I’ve been living in London for five years now and I’ve felt most at home here in this flat. I’m a (queer) performer and have worked abroad as a singer and dancer. Whilst I’m here in London and auditioning, I am working full-time in a climbing gym. Let’s go climbing together? I love spending time outdoors, whether that’s a picnic in a park or just having coffee in the garden. I like to keep the flat tidy (my own room is a little messy I must admit) but shared spaces I strive to always keep clean and tidy - I think it’s respectful! I’m all up for sharing household items such as cleaning items and milk etc, of course depending on what you would prefer. I’m fairly social, I like to have friends over for brunch/dinner, and sometimes having friends/my partner round to stay. I can provide references from friends and/or previous flatmates, and would be more than happy to FaceTime and hold viewings to see if we’d fit together.
