Room in Bethnal Green with great views

Hi,

I’m Yiğit, and I’ve been renting a lovely 2-bed flat in Bethnal Green for more than a year. My flatmate is moving out to travel in mid-August, so I’m looking for someone to move into the other bedroom.

The flat is a really nice space, and it is important to me that a flatmate also likes keeping the flat relatively clean and tidy. I also love to cook and have a drink at sunset, and currently swim a good bunch, mostly at the Lido.

The flat is a 3-minute walk from Bethnal Green (Central line) and a 10-minute walk from Stepney Green (District line). Victoria Park, Regent's Canal, Broadway Market, and London Fields are all moments away! I have really enjoyed living in the area, and the views of the city just cannot be beaten.

The flat (and the room) is mostly furnished, but if you have furniture of your own, I’m happy to discuss a solution that works for everyone! The rent is £1125 each, and the bills come to about £150 each pm.
