I'm looking for preferably a woman to fill my good sized double room in a quiet, friendly 2 bed in Bethnal Green.
You'd be living with Elisa, a chef, who works during the day Monday - Friday and also likes to go out in the evenings.
The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, wardrobe, night stand and shelves in an alcove.
Living room and kitchen have skyline views of the city.
The transport links are incredible, 30 second from Bethnal Green Overground, 7 minutes from Bethnal Green and 8 minutes from Whitechapel.
A big Sainsbury's and Tesco are close by too, in addition to many bars, cafes, cinemas and gyms. Weaver's Fields is just behind the house to relax in summer.
I had a lovely time here and I'm hoping to find someone who loves the place as much as I did. I can probably be a little flexible with the move-in date. Rent is due on the 6th but I should be out of the property before that.
Bills are not included, Council tax is £68, Water £25, Internet £18 and electricity between £35 and £100 (winter) per person currently.
