Roommate wanted for big room in a lovely flat

I’m looking for a short-term roommate, for a room in a flat with a garden (!!) in Bethnal Green / Cambridge Heath. My fellow leasemate can no longer move in and just looking for someone to bridge the gap.

The flat is available from July 15, and has a lovely feel to it. It’s got a huge open plan living space, with old traditional wooden floors. It’s split over 2 floors with bedrooms of equal size and a shared bathroom.

I’m a lawyer in the city, and between crazy hours at work and with a very active social life, and fitness routine, I’m not around much on the weekdays. Would love to hang out when I am around though, so looking for someone who is equally happy to do their own thing and chill together. I’m very social and love meeting people, and like to think I’m nice and easy to chat to!

Bonus points if you do or like any of the following: spin, reformer, gym, looking after plants, eating pastries until you are stuffed, running, travelling, good coffee.

Rent is £1400 pcm, without bills (inc. cleaner) but I can be flexible for the right person. Council tax band C.
