Cozy 3 bedroom bethnal green flat with balcony <3

Hi! My two flatmates are moving out September 1st so I'm looking to fill their rooms in our cozy flat in the heart of Bethnal Green.

Highlights:
- balcony overlooking the Bethnal Green tavern, super beautiful sunsets and lovely place for summer dinners
- top floor so we get tons of sunlight
- incredible location; 15 mins walk to columbia road, broadway market, victoria park, and the canal
- great transport connections; 5 mins to bethnal green tube station, 3 mins to overground, and 15 mins to whitechapel station
- on a quiet side street with basically no traffic, super quiet and feels very safe
- 5 mins to big tesco and a bunch of local shops (fresh bazaar, fresh fish shop)

Things to note:
- on 4th floor with no lift
- large kitchen with a couch, but no separate living room

A bit about me: I'm Canadian and have been in London for about 2 years now. I work as a software engineer for Runna/Strava. I love anything outdoors from running, to hiking, to skiing, but also love being creative, I enjoy knitting, film photography, and am super into music. I have a pretty established social network in London but would love to be friendly with the people who move in to create a cozy home together <3 I love going out to wine bars and the occasional rave here and there.

I'm travelling from July 3-25th so would love to set up viewings for next weekend (June 27/28).

Both rooms (fully furnished) are £1050 pcm and bills come to about £100/month on average over the year (more in winter, less in summer). Feel free to drop me a message if you have any questions!
