Room Sublet in Bethnal Green

My cozy room

Hii, I'm Rebecca, a PhD student from QMUL, and I'm subletting my little but very cozy room in Bethnal Green/Shoreditch from the 13.07 to the end of August (flexible dates) as I'm going to be travelling outside the UK. :) Ideally, I'm looking for someone who could stay for the whole month, but shorter stays are welcome.

The flat is located in an honestly amazing location, less than 5 minutes walk from Brick Lane, 7-8 from Shoreditch tube station, and 10 minutes from Bethnal Green station.

My room is quite small but it's FULL of light and plants. We have a kitchen and living room space, also full of light and plants. You'll be sharing the flat with two male flatmates, one from Spain and one from Italy/Germany, who are both suuuper nice and chill, and both young professionals. We normally have a very friendly vibe in the flat - we do lots of stuff together and frequently grab pints/go to events/go to meditation evenings together.

About bills: wifi is around 9 pounds, water is around 25 pounds, and electricity is recharged through a key (usually we spend around 30 pounds/person per month, but in summer it's a bit less). No council tax.
