Tucked between Columbia Road Flower Market, Broadway Market and Victoria Park, it’s the perfect spot for anyone who loves nature, cafés, markets and all things creative.

The house has a variety of occupations, with a friendly, easy-going atmosphere. We might share a drink or dinner now and then, but everyone respects each other’s space, so it’s definitely not a party house.

The room itself is a bright, blank canvas – unfurnished, giving you the chance to make it your own. The landlord is happy to provide either a single or double mattress if needed. (The photos have a double for size reference.) It also has internal windows, but they directly face external windows so you will have fresh air.

The flat has an open-plan kitchen and living space with lovely warehouse features, two bathrooms (one shower room and one shower-over-bath), dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer, and plenty of storage space for suitcases, art materials or extra bits and bobs.

Bills are included, and we also have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
