Double Room to let in 2 bed flatshare on the edge of Victoria Park. Common area to be shared respectfully (living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, hallway). Female preferred as other housemate is female. This is a quiet, clean, flatshare with flatmate working at least 2 days a week from home (dining room). Bedroom is a good size and there is some, but not huge amounts of storage space. Bills are around £150 (50 % share). There is no television. There is no space to keep an additional bicycle in the property. There is no cleaner, so cleaning duties are shared.
