Cozy Double bedroom in bright friendly flat!

Hello! Our current flatmate Ben is moving out to his own place soon so we're looking for someone to take his bedroom.

The available room is unfinished, however Ben has offered to sell his bed and freestanding clothes rail/wardrobe. The room gets plenty of natural light which makes the space feel larger and has no mould/damp. The flat is a converted pub so has a lot of character. There is natural light that looks into the large dining/ living area and a long balcony that runs the length of the property.

The local area is amazing. 2 mins walk from Victoria Park which has a market every Sunday. 10 minute walk along regents canal to broadway market and Columbia flower market. we are also 2 minutes walk from a very cosy local Irish pub, the Approach. Easy access to Liverpool Street, Stratford, Canary Wharf & Central London.

Amenity wise: dishwasher, washer/dryer and tv. We have furniture in the flat but if you want to bring anything you own there is no space restriction. There’s plenty of room to work from home in the shared living area if needed.

Walking distance to Bethnal Green Station (Central line), with Cambridge Heath Overground (Weaver line) at the end of the road.

You will be living with Ffion (structural engineer, in office) and Anand (software developer, remote). We are friendly & clean. Would love to hang out when we're around, so we're looking for someone who is equally happy to do their own thing and chill together. As housemates we have shared interests in food, music and pub trips

You will need to go past the usual process for renting (reference check and contract).
