🏡 Single Room in Bethnal Green £830 - Late July

Hi all! We have a room freeing up on the 21st of July in Bethnal Green. It's in a 4-bedroom apartment with great shared spaces, including a kitchen, living room, and a balcony with a fantastic view.

Rent is £830 plus utilities (approx. £45 p/m). We have Tesco, McDonald's, dry cleaners, Iceland, Bethnal Green tube station, and a few great pubs all within a 3–4 minute walk. Whitechapel station is also just a 15-minute walk away, with easy access to the Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith & City lines, and Overground.

You'll be sharing the flat with three friendly and easy-going flatmates: two Portuguese and one half Mexican/half Canadian. One of us is currently studying, while the other two are working. We have a relaxed and social home, and enjoy having people over at the weekend, whether that's for a BBQ on the balcony, drinks, or just spending time together. Everyone is respectful of each other's space, and we're looking for someone who will fit well into the flat.
