As many times, I’ve found another place with friends, and now my room is up for grabs.

it’s a 5-minute walk from both Bethnal Green Tube (Central Line) and Cambridge Heath (Overground), tucked away in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood.

Looking for a friendly and independent professional who is clean, tidy, and considerate—these rooms are for single occupancy only (no couples, sorry).

The flat features a generous living room and a big communal kitchen, ideal for relaxed evenings and the occasional catch-up, but this is definitely a peaceful, laid-back home rather than a party flat.

Bill, including water, energy, high-speed broadband, cleaner every two weeks, and council tax (Council Tax Band B), come to about £115 per month (often less during warmer months).

A bit about your future flatmates: a lovely international bunch, one in economics, one in theatre directing, and another in marketing.
