I am moving due to moving in with my partner. All my current flatmates are very friendly and respectful. While we’re all chatty, everyone just gets on with their own lives and we have our own schedules which means there are rarely clashes with using the bathroom and kitchen. The flat is never noisy or disruptive.

This is a great tenancy as it just has commitment to three months, then continues on a rolling basis with two month’s notice (or less if you can find a replacement; the landlord is accommodating).

The landlord/maintenance staff are very responsive. In my year living here, there’s been a new boiler and new shower fitted.
