A room has become available in the flat. It is furnished with a double bed, dresser, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

COMMUNAL SPACE AND BILLS:
There is a large shared open plan living room/kitchen. Bills (council tax [Band D], electricity) average £130/month. Wifi and water are included.

LOCATION:
The flat is located 12 minutes from Mile End and Stepney Green stations, 15 minutes from Bethnal Green station, and just over 20 minutes from Whitechapel station. The Bethnal Green overground is 19 minutes away. It is located next to a lovely park and is very close to Regent's Canal, Mile End Park, and Victoria Park. There are several great grocery store options on the high street.

ABOUT ME:
I'm Theo: I've been living in the flat for 2 years. I'm from California, I work in a bookshop, and I like reading (no surprise), film, badminton, languages, and cooking. I'm relatively quiet and like to balance having my own space with keeping the overall sense of community, sharing food/a film/conversation, and being clean and responsible in common areas.

CONTRACT:
The room is available from August 1st, and is a month-to-month rolling contract. Landlords are very nice and responsive.
