Hi there!

I’m giving up my large double room in this great house in Bethnal Green - available from early August.

LOCATION

2 min walk to Bethnal Green station, 7 min to Cambridge Heath, 15 min to Broadway Market, and 10 min to Shoreditch – perfect for enjoying East London.

THE FLAT

•⁠ ⁠4 bedrooms total, this one is the biggest - you'll be sharing with three lovely flatmates (Lewis, Karan and Lucy) in their late twenties (super nice, chill, working professionals).
•⁠ ⁠Two shared toilets and one separate shower room.
•⁠ ⁠Very large terrace – great for relaxing or having friends over.

THE ROOM

•⁠ ⁠Spacious with a double bed (comes with mattress and frame for £50).
•⁠ ⁠Plenty of natural light.

THE FLATMATES

Helllooo and welcome to our slice of paradise in Costa del bethy G. As a household we are super friendly, we like to hangout together, have friends round for foods and wines out on the balcony. We enjoy a cosy night in what some high brow (usually trash) tv. We all live very independent lives but have common interests and values and really want a housemate that wants a home. Everyone quite into music (albeit a broad range), going to gig, festivals, watching films, TV, munching on food, and travel. We all value someone who is chilled out, fun, considerate and warm. Three existing housemates are:

Lucy - 27, who loves a good hiking holiday, traveling and being out in the nature but is chronically and tragically chained to a desk. Works in the civil service in TV policy and therefore loves a chat about politics and is the main force for trash TV watching in the house. Enjoys cooking for and with people, going for a dance, having a sing.

Karan, 29, Product Manager working in Edtech. When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me painting, mixing, or curled up watching a good film. I'm easygoing, tidy, and enjoy a good chat as well as having my own space.

Lewis, 30, Freelance Creative. Love being in Bethnal Green as it's so vibrant! Interested in Music, Arts and whatever hobby I have picked up in the last week. I can literally chat about anything. Bring a family vibe to the house and would love to find a new member.
