I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely, spacious double room from 31st August 2026 until 30th November 2026 (the remaining 3 months of my tenancy). The contract can be very easily renewed at the end of the tenancy. The room is exceptionally spacious and comes fully furnished with a king-size bed, a large multifunction wardrobe, and a tall chest of drawers, providing plenty of storage. It also features two large windows, allowing for excellent natural light and excellent air ventilation throughout the day.

The flat is shared with five friendly and respectful housemates who value a clean and private living environment. To keep the flat in excellent condition, it is professionally cleaned twice a month. Energy bills are very affordable, averaging around £20 per month per tenant.

The room will be available from 31st August 2026. The monthly rent is £845, and the security deposit is also £845. The tenancy runs until 30th November 2026, with the option to easily extend the contract afterwards, subject to the landlord's standard renewal process.
