Spacious room to sublet in Bethnal Green

Hi there! We’re looking for someone to sublet Louis’s room in our three-bed Bethnal Green house anytime from now until the 14 September.

About the flat:

The flat is spacious, with a large combined living room/dining room and kitchen area. It fits 3 people perfectly. It is incredibly well connected - 5 min walk from both Bethnal Green & Cambridge Heath and very close to Shoreditch, Victoria Park, Liverpool street. Super fast to get anywhere in East/North East London.

About the room:

The room (pictures attached) already has a double bed, a wardrobe and a table. It has been professionally cleaned and is ready for you to move in.

A bit about us:

You’ll be living with two other guys aged 26-30 who are social, chill, clean, queer-friendly (or queer themselves!), mature and also looking for a similar vibe in the place they live. 

Costs:

You will sign a sublet agreement with Louis.

Rent is £880 a month and utilities are (£50 per month.

The total costs to sublet the room will be a total of £1566, broken down as following:

Rent from 25 July-14 September: £1466 for 50 nights
Utilities: £100

We’re ideally looking for someone who can sublet for the whole period, but also are fine with someone who is keen to take the place for a month minimum.
