We're looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely two-floor flat in the heart of Bethnal Green. The room is available from 21 September, with some flexibility if you'd like to move in a little earlier.

The room

Partially furnished with a bed, mirror, and built-in wardrobe
Plenty of space to make it your own

Our home is split over two levels and has:

Spacious open-plan living room and kitchen
Bathroom with both a bath and shower
Balcony with a barbecue
Shared rooftop terrace with our neighbours
Secure bike storage (access from outside the flat)

The location

The flat is in a fantastic spot, just a 5-minute walk from both Bethnal Green (Central line) and Cambridge Heath (Overground) stations. There are also plenty of bus connections nearby.

The neighbourhood has everything you could want: great pubs, cafés, independent shops, supermarkets, and green spaces, all within easy walking distance.

Bills

Bills are approximately £110 per month.

About us

We are an Italian couple in our 30s:

Valentina (32) – Graphic Designer
Federico (35) – Interior Designer

We both work as designers and split our time between working from home and being in the studio, so the flat is generally calm but lived in.

Who we're looking for

We're hoping to find someone who'll treat the flat as a home rather than just somewhere to stay. We'd love someone who is independent and has their own life, but who also enjoys the occasional chat in the kitchen or sharing a meal now and then.
