Small Double Room Overlooking Victoria Park

We're looking for a new flatmate to take over a small double room in our lovely 3-bedroom flat, right on the edge of Victoria Park.
The room overlooks both the canal and the park - you're literally a 1 minute walk into Victoria Park!

Although the room is compact, it has great storage. There's a large built-in wardrobe, under-bed storage, and shelving above the bed. The room comes furnished with a bed frame and mattress, desk and a chair.

The flat is on the 4th floor with elevator, and has a shared bathroom with a separate toilet, an open-plan kitchen and living area, a balcony, a dishwasher and washing machine.

Best things about the room/flat:
• Morning sunshine
• It stays cool in the summer (no fan needed) and warm throughout the winter
• Amazing views of the London skyline from the kitchen

The move-in date is flexible - mid/end August, 15th to 23rd ish.

Flatmates
You'll be living with two friendly girls in their late 20s, both working full-time. They occasionally work from home but both have busy schedules, so the flat is always calm and never feels crowded.
We've lived here for the past couple of years and have absolutely loved it, mainly because of the location. We spend lots of time in the park, grabbing coffee, going for walks, pub.

We use splitwise to share flat expenses and utilities - each is responsible for gas, water, electricity, wifi and council tax.

We're looking for a girl in her 20s/30s who works full-time, is tidy, respectful, and looking for a relaxed, friendly home.
The tenancy is managed through an agency, although we have direct contact with our lovely landlady. The applicant will need to pass the usual reference checks (1 reference required) before moving in.

Location
• Bethnal Green Underground (Central Line) 12 minute walk. One stop away from Liverpool Street Station.
• Cambridge Heath Overground (Weaver Line) 8 minute walk
• Victoria Park Village is just across the park, with plenty of lovely cafés, pubs, restaurants, and independent shops.
• Lidl is around a 13 minute walk away.
