The ground floor is occupied by the landlord couple and separated from the upper two floors. The second floor is occupied by another lodger, who shares use of the kitchen. Although the house is very large, these are the only occupants and it is only suitable for someone that appreciates a peaceful setting, despite the location being in one of London's most vibrant areas.
