Double Room 30 seconds from Victoria Park

Hello!

I'm Rachel and I (for now) live in this cosy flat with my boyfriend George. I am going away travelling for 5 months so we're looking for a flatmate for George while I'm away.

The flat is located at the top of Approach Road, and is less than 30 seconds to the Bonner Gate entrance of Victoria Park. It is a 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube, 5 minutes to Cambridge Heath station, 10 minutes to Victoria Park Village, and 10 minutes along Regents Canal to Broadway Market and London Fields. An excellent location!

The room you'd have is a small double with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. There's some space if you had a couple of bits you wanted to bring with you too.

You would be sharing the whole flat with George. He is 33 and (objectively) lovely, tidy, and laid back. He works from home quite a lot, so this would probably better suit someone whose job isn't 100% remote.

Our ideal flatmate would be someone who needs a place to stay for 5-6 months, who is chilled and not planning to party the whole time, who is relatively tidy, and respectful of the flat.
