The room has a single bed with a new mattress, a working desk, a large wardrobe, a huge book shelf and extra shelves. There is also extra storage outside of the room.

The house has two toilets, a brand new washing machine, you have your own fridge (no need to share) and a walk in shower. A pump has been installed so the water pressure is amazing. All bills are included (council tax, electric, gas and WiFi).

The housemates are a mixed bunch. Tom is a University of Cambridge graduate who now works as a fully qualified chartered accountant in the city. Moiyah works as a researcher and Laetisha is a medical student. The housemates can be best described as ambiverts leaning towards introversion.

The property is 10 minutes walk from Bethnal Green station, 15 minutes walk from Whitechapel station and a 20-25 minutes walk away from Liverpool Street and Aldgate stations. Buses going into the city are about one minute walking distance away from the house.

All amenities are within walking distance (gyms, pools, supermarkets etc) and the property is right opposite weavers field park.
