Hi! We're looking for a single person or couple to join our lovely flat in Bethnal Green - right near Columbia road!

The room is available from 8 August, although we're flexible with the move in date.

Rent: £1,350 per month
Deposit/bond: £1250
Bills: Around £90 to £100 per month

The flat has a brand new washing machine, dishwasher, and a sunny balcony.

Your room comes with a bed, wardrobe with plenty of space for you to get a desk!

You'll be living with Ruby. She works from home 1-2 days a week.
Most mornings start with a gym session, and outside of work she loves reading, going for walks, loves to cook, loves a night out and is currently teaching herself to knit (gotta have balance).

You’ll also be living with another Australian, Mitch, who’s 27y/o. He’s a landscape architect and generally works from home once a week. Outside work he loves anything design-related, swimming, drawing, live music, and is always down for a coffee and pastry.

The flat is a calm, friendly place to come home to, and while everyone has their own lives, we're always happy to have a chat.
