Looking for someone to take over my room in our cosy flat right by Victoria Park! 🏡

📍 Location: You honestly can’t beat it — Victoria Park is basically on the doorstep, with loads of bus routes into Central London. It’s around a 15–20 minute walk to Bethnal Green or Cambridge Heath stations, and London Fields + Broadway Market are about a 15-minute walk away (perfect for weekend wandering!).

• Super cosy and homely living space and living room
• Lovely balcony with views over Victoria Park, with Canary Wharf visible on the other side

• Plenty of storage space and natural light 😍
• Great location for parks, pubs, cafés and getting into Central

👋 Your housemate:
You’ll be living with Mike, 35, from Vancouver. He’s easy-going, super clean and considerate, and enjoys travelling, going to the pub, cooking and movie nights in. He works from the office 4 times a week - so perfect for someone working from home! Basically looking for a 30+ professional, someone friendly and respectful who’s happy to have a nice, relaxed home.

💷 Bills: Around £150–£200 per month, including council tax.
