Hi! We are two friends (two professional 30's females) living in a friendly, sunny flat in Bethnal Green.
We are looking for a new flatmate to move into the spare double bedroom on a short-term let basis (min. 2 months, but could extend longer), as our current flatmate is moving in with her partner.
The property has a spacious garden with a large shed for storage, 1.5 bathrooms, and a lovely shared open-plan living room and kitchen. The flat is located 10 minutes from both Bethnal Green and Stepney Green tube stations, so perfect for commuting, and a short walk to Victoria Park.
Ideally, we are looking for another tidy and considerate professional. We both have busy lives, but would like to find someone to move into the room who we can have the occasional BBQ or trip to the pub with.
