Bright Double near Broadway Market & Vic Park

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take the second double room in my flat in Bethnal Green / Cambridge Heath.

The flat is in a really great spot - 1 min from Cambridge Heath station, around 5 mins to Bethnal Green, 7 mins to Broadway Market, 5 mins to Victoria Park and under 10 mins to London Fields.

It’s a modern, bright 2-bed flat with a large open-plan living room and a newly refitted kitchen, plus a dishwasher, washer/dryer, lift, bike storage and communal rooftop with seating and great skyline views!

The room comes furnished with a double bed with under-bed storage, large built-in wardrobe and extra storage/desk if useful. The windows are well sound-insulated and the flat is generally very quiet.

You’d be sharing with me - I’m 36 and work as an analyst, hybrid, usually WFH around 2-3 days a week. Outside work I’m usually at the gym or yoga, at the cinema, seeing friends, travelling or out for a long walk somewhere. I’m pretty independent and like having my own space, but I’m friendly and always happy to chat or have the occasional drink/dinner at home.

I’m looking for someone similar: considerate, tidy and happy in a calm home rather than a party flat.

Rent: £1,200 pcm
Bills: roughly £150–£160 pcm each
No couples, smoking or pets.
