Medium double bedroom to rent! 🏡

Me and my housemates Tim and Charlie are looking for a new housemate to join us in our flat from the middle of September.

Breakdown;
🛏️ One medium double bedroom
📍Bethnal Green, approx. 8 mins from Bethnal Green underground, 1 min from Cambridge Heath overground, and 3 mins from Victoria park
💸 £1000 for room (+ approx £100 bills)
📆 Tenancy: this would be starting a new Tenancy and with renters rights it’s a 2 month rolling contract but we are planning on staying for the foreseeable future
💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♂️ Open to both guys/girls
⏰ Ages around 24-28
💳 £1050 deposit

The house is located in , a c.8 minute walk to the tube, with a co op located right next to us, pubs, cafes and plenty within a few minute walk. The room available is as seen in the photos, please let us know if you’ve got any questions. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

I work in healthcare consulting (27), Sam works in healthcare (26) and Charle works in foreign exchange (28). I work from home maybe 1 or 2 days a week, while Sam works from home 3 days a week, and Charlie works from home on Fridays. We like taking it easy during the week - all enjoy good food, gym/exercise and a decent movie. On the weekends we like socialising, going out/to the pub, music events, or hitting up Victoria park.

Happy to meet for a beer/coffee first to make sure we all get on or even a video call if that would be easier.

We’d love to find someone of a similar age and vibes (sociable and enjoys doing stuff but also clean and respectful in the household). Would also be great if we can be mates and not just housemates.
