Unfortunately leaving this lovely room due to a new job located very West! Looking for someone to take over for 1st October.

Great double room with lots of storage! (The desk/chair are mine but as you can see plenty space for them!). Huge shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Also huge garden space great for hosting BBQs! Bills are not included but are about £100-120 per month (council tax, gas, electric, water and wifi).

You’ll be living with Lily who works full time and is a great housemate as well as her very cute cat Stella. The other room in the house is also looking for a new tenant so unsure who that is yet!

Great location right by Weaver Fields park and 10 minutes walk to Brick Lane!

Very well connected with plenty transport links:

• Less than 15 minute walk to Bethnal Green
• Overground options at Bethnal Green and Shoreditch High Street
