Double room available in 3 bed 2 bath, Cambridge Heath flat. Open plan-ish kitchen and living room. Available ~21 Sep for long term.

Great location sandwiched just below London Fields and Victoria Park, right next to Cambridge Heath Overground, with Bethnal Green tube a 10 min walk.

The flat is on the 1st floor of a small complex of flats with a communal garden, electric gate and bike shed.

Room is partially furnished. Bed and chest of drawers will stay (desk & mirror up to you).

Bills not included and come to around £130.

You’ll be living with two current flatmates:
Jack 29M - works in events, from Australia, recently started trying to learn keyboard (in his room), often heading off on hiking/nature trips, worst chef in the house
Felly 26M - works in consulting, perfected his homemade pizza, often out doing some sort of sport, into his films (great speaker / tv setup)

Flat dynamic is very relaxed but things are kept clean. Often we'll cook dinner / hangout for chat or drink in evenings

No one likes selling themselves on here so don't worry about sending a page but give us a little info about yourself then we can try and arrange viewings ASAP :)
