A bright double room is becoming available in this lovely 2‑bed flat just 2 minutes from Bethnal Green station, shared with Charlotte, a friendly and easygoing 33‑year‑old English professional.

I am moving out, so I am helping Charlotte to find the next perfect flatmate!

The flat has one bathroom, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small workspace at the entrance where Charlotte works from home when she's not at the office. The building also has parking, a communal rooftop terrace, and a concierge from 8am to 8pm every day.

The flat faces west, so the whole place gets gorgeous afternoon light!

The building is incredibly well located!! You can walk to Victoria Park, Shoreditch, and Columbia Road Flower Market, and you’re surrounded by supermarkets (honestly, SO many), plus a 24/7 shop right downstairs for anything last minute.

We’re looking for someone easygoing who enjoys living in a clean and organised space and is mindful about sharing a home!
