Huge double room available in Bethnal Green

Hello all!

A HUGE room is available in our lovely four-bedroom house for the 1st October. The spacious room is on the bottom floor of this three-floor house. The house is big and bright, with an open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space and there is a fantastic terrace (full sun in summer!)

You would be sharing a bathroom with one other man (me) and that is on the same floor. The other housemates are two women and we are between 26-29. We’re all working professionals in various industries. We are all friendly, tidy and like spend time together. We like to hang out in the living room and have the occasional movie night. It's not a party house but we’re always happy to have guests and gatherings (especially in the summer)!

Furniture includes: Double bed, 2 bedside tables and large built in wardrobe

Rent is £1,035 excluding bills. Bills are currently £160.84pcm including a weekly cleaner.

The house is located in a gated residency just off Roman Road. Between Bethnal Green station (12 min walk) (5 min bus) and Mile End station (12 min walk). Right by Victoria Park (Pavilion Cafe end), Mile end climbing wall, Bow Wharf gym and the canal. It is a very peaceful, bright and airy house. It has two bathrooms, a wonderful sunny terrace and a secure parking space that isn't currently being used.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful, and tidy person. For referencing in future your salary would need to be a minimum of £30,000.
