Short term sub-let in Bethnal Green

Hi! Our housemate is moving out and has given his two months notice. We’re looking for someone to sub let until the 1st of November, with the possibility of joining the rolling contract afterwards.

I work freelance in hospitality, and my flatmates who are a couple, Rowan and Ben, are PhD students. They are looking to move out around November too.

The flat is a 3 bed with 1 small room, and two larger ones. We’re looking to rent out the smaller room, which is currently £750. If it works out and you’d like to join the contract, we’d reevaluate the room split.

We’re located 5 minutes walk from bethnal green station, 1 minute from a Tesco, and close to lots of food and drink spots.

We’re looking to make the flat a homely place, so looking for someone who’s tidy, will look after the place, and is open to hanging out and doing new things.
