Hey everyone! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my home with me and my cat 🐈‍⬛

It’s a 3-bedroom flat, but it would just be the two of us — the third/smaller bedroom is kept as a spare room. The room available is the large double bedroom in the photos.

📍 Around 6 mins walk from Bethnal Green tube, and walking distance from Victoria Park, London Fields and Brick Lane.

I’m ideally looking for someone 25+, clean, calm, considerate and independent, preferably working/studying and with their own life going on.

More than just finding someone to split rent with, I’d really like to live with someone where we can eventually feel comfortable around each other and the flat genuinely feels like home for both of us — friendly, relaxed, able to have a chat or hang out sometimes, but also very comfortable doing our own thing and respecting each other’s space.

I really value having a peaceful and clean home, especially as I study from home quite a bit. It’s definitely not a party house. Obviously friends/dates/partners are welcome — I just want someone who’s happy to communicate and be considerate about guests, noise, late nights etc rather than the flat constantly becoming the gathering spot.

🌈 The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly, and I’d only want to live with someone who is genuinely comfortable with and respectful of that.

My cat is very social and very much part of the household, so you’d definitely need to be comfortable living with him 🐱❤️
