Rent is £1,300 pcm, with bills included it comes to £1,485 per month. Deposit is £1,442. Council tax band D.

The flatmate
You'll be living with Whitney, a female professional in the software industry, mid thirties. You'll usually catch me cooking, going for a walk in Victoria Park, or socialising with friends. I keep it pretty quiet during the week, but am typically out and about on the weekends. I work a few days per week from the office and some from home.

About you
I'm looking for someone who's tidy and respectful, easygoing and up for a chat or a Below Deck episode every now and then (but equally can respect space and privacy when needed). Looking for another girl, and a minimum of 6 months preferred.
