looking for someone to take the smaller double bedroom, ideally for a year long lease but new renters law means contract is rolling

- 7 min walk to Cambridge Heath overground
- 12 min walk to Bethnal Green underground
- 55 and 26 bus right outside our flat!

- columbia road flower market 7 min walk
- weavers field 10 min walk
- vicky park less than 20 mins away
- broadway market 10 mins away!
lots of nice pubs, restaurants, bars, etc nearby :) 2 tescos both within a 5-8 min walk

about the housemates:
- Vibha (29)- working in public policy, enjoys cyanotyping/ collaging/ crafting, cooking, reading, dancing💃🏾 , hosting movie nights/ writing nights! WFH most days
- Mairead (27)- works in climate policy, enjoys reading, crotchet, pub nights, hosting friends, festivals in summer ☀️

Both of us pretty chill, have friends over casually + host the occasional dinner party or pre, but mostly cosy vibes at home :)

Both of us quite clean but not to the point of like keeping a rota more just naturally— tidy/ clean as we go so the flat is nice, and then communicate around doing a deeper clean every so often. communal with house things :)

looking for someone of a similar age / vibe, women preferred— someone friendly, clean, easygoing, LGBTQ+ / progressive!

veg isn’t necessary at all, one of us is veg/ the other doesn’t cook a ton of meat so thought we’d mention it but not a big deal!
