Spare room available in lovely 4-bed flat share in Bethnal Green

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 4-bed flat share, as I’m moving in with some mates from home.

You’d be sharing with Joe, Ana and Katie, all young professionals in their late twenties. It’s a really chilled house - everyone’s happy to have a chat and occasionally hang out in the evenings, but we all have our own schedules, friends and lives. It’s therefore a great place for someone who already has their own social circle in London but still wants a friendly and sociable home.

Ideally looking for a young professional who is respectful, clean and tidy (and also up for the occasional pint 🍺 )

📍 Location: 5 minutes walk from both Bethnal Green and Cambridge Heath stations, with great transport links and plenty going on nearby.

Deposit/sublet details: You’ll need to pay £950 directly to me as a temporary deposit while the estate agent completes their checks. Once the checks are completed, I’ll return the £950 to you so you can pay the official deposit to the estate agent. This means the arrangement will technically be a sublet while the paperwork is being processed - for the other housemates, this has taken around a month.
