Huge room available in Bethnal Green

Hi people,

My housemate is moving out and I'm looking to fill his huge bedroom, it's a converted loungeroom with a lot of natural light!

The room can come furnished (for a fee discussed with him) or unfurnished.

1 000pm including bills and internet,
1 min to Bethnal Green tube and 5 mins to overground.
Looking for someone who is kind, considerate, chill and clean.

You are just sharing the flat with myself,
we have a shared bathroom, kitchen and huge balcony!

No couples, flat is small no common area apart from the kitchen. Happy for guests etc but e. g your partner staying more than 2-3 nights a week would not be something I'm comfortable with.

I'm 34 so looking for someone around my age preferably, 26+ please and no WFH full time!

Please note; Flat is above a venue/restaurant so there can be noise weekdays and louder on weekends but there are perks.

There is no deposit (another perk!) but expectation is that you pay your first month upfront a week prior to agreed move in.
