A beautiful, sunny bedroom available in a well built spacious 3 bedroom Flat in Bethnal Green, on the 4th floor, right next to Victoria Park and the best of East London.

📍Great location:
Super walkable - 5 mins to Bethnal Green tube, 5 mins to Cambridge Heath Overground, 5 minute walk to Victoria Park (really good sunday markets), 15 mins to both Columbia Road flower markets and Broadway Markets & London Fields. 🌳 Plenty of great coffee shops, pubs, bakeries near us. We will give you a big list when you move in :)

📆Lease details:
Move in date is 17 October. We’re on an ongoing contract, so no fixed term, but hoping for someone interested in staying longterm! Lease is breakable with 2 months notice.

👥 Housemates
Cyntia (28) and Nick (28) are both Aussies, met over here and have become good friends. Both work professionally, and aim to be very welcoming, clean and kind. One of them is a good cook, one is approaching average. Cyntia runs and does pilates and Nick plays basketball and we enjoy going to the pub with friends. Both have busy social lives but make an effort to keep the flat feeling homely and have nights in.

🛋️☀️Living Room, Roof, Other amenities
Plenty of room for dinner parties, nice views. TV comes with a ~special~ firestick to stream any movie / TV show / live sports. Air mattress in case you have a friend visiting.

Our building shares a big roof (great over summer) & a private garden - they’re awesome & rarely used.

Kitchen is well sized, includes oven, washing machine, separate to living room. Bathroom has a bath, ventilation, plenty of storage.

🛌 Bedroom
Modest, quiet, naturally lit with lovely views. Comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and cupboard and it has central heating.

💸Rent
£895pcm. Bills are separate.
