Heyy! I am looking for a replacement for my room in our 4-bedroom house. The rent is £950 per month. (excl. bills, approx. £99)

The closest stations are Bethnal Green (Central Line) and Cambridge Heath Overground (both a 10-ish min walk), very close to central London, places like Liverpool Street, Bank, Whitechapel, Hackney, Dalston, Shoreditch, and Stratford. Also, a 5-min walk to Victoria Park.

Great community vibes in the area; the people are lovely, and there's lots to do. Lots of supermarkets and food options! And swimming is free for all women in the borough. The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, a desk, and a wardrobe.

The house has really cozy, homey vibes, and is very friendly, social, understanding, and clean. It is an LGBTQ+ friendly, Free Palestine, Congo, and Sudan for the people by the people house. As current tenants in the house, we are looking for someone who shares the same values. We are also keen to hear from women of colour. Ages don't really matter, but we are keen to hear from people aged 25-36, though we are open to the right person!
