Lovely double bedroom available in a warm, friendly shared house in Bethnal Green.

After 4 years living here, I'm moving in with my partner so I'm keen to find a new housemate to take my room and join this lovely house share. You'll be sharing with 3 amazing housemates - Paolla from Italy, Eleonor from UK and Billie from New Zealand. The house has a genuinely warm and sociable vibe, and I've loved living here.

Rent is £900 pcm, bills included (the landlord requires proof of income)
Deposit is £350

🏡The Flat
The flat is a good sized maisonette. There is a spacious kitchen with new appliances and a dining table and couch—perfect for communal dinners. It also has a garden room which can be used for drying laundry, and a huge garden. There’s a toilet on the ground floor and a separate bathroom with a shower on the first floor, which has been recently renovated.

🛌 The Room
You will be getting a lovely room furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. With enough space for a desk and office chair if you need to work from home and lovely sunlight throughout the day when the weather is good! The landlord will be making improvements to the wardrobe as well before you move in.

📍The area:
The flat has a great location just off the big Tesco's on Bethnal Green Road. It is also close to Bethnal Green Tube (central) and Bethnal Green Overground and only about 12 mins walk to Whitechapel (overground, district, Elizabeth line). It's a nice stroll from the canal and Victoria Park, as well as London Fields, Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, Roman Road and Brick Lane.

☺️The flatmates:
Everyone is super friendly. We like to socialise together and have shared meals when we can. Eleanor currently works as a probation officer, Paola has been in the flat for 8 years and works for an eco conscious clothes store, and Billie works in a theatre in Soho!

We are an open-minded bunch and are looking for someone who fits the same vibe - clean, respectful, and happy to join our relaxed, friendly home. Everyone has busy lives and does their own thing, but equally loves to stop for a kitchen chat or have a house meal.
