We are renting my room (council tax band D) either for 4 months (sublet) or longer with a proper change in the contract.

Price: £1,600 pcm + bills for a long-term replacement on the tenancy. For the 4-month sublet, £1,950 pcm including bills and a cleaner every two weeks.

Honestly it is the best flat I have seen in London, great canal and city views, spacious room that easily fits a desk, under-bed storage, en-suite bathroom.

10-15 minutes walk both from Bethnal Green Station and Mile End.

My(your) flatmate, Spiros, is super easy going, works in tech, travels a lot and goes to the gym almost daily. We had a great time going to the gym together and cooking a steak or two afterwards. He loves his motorbike, plays the bass and cooks very well.

He would be very happy to have someone that he can trust, potentially make friends and spend some time together, but he is also happy when he is getting lost in his headphones and disappears for a while.

Our landlord is managing the property himself, he is very nice, easygoing and very responsive. And ideally we will all have a call together before the final arrangement.
